In the Portal, you will be able to:
- Submit a Residence Application
- Move through a Room Selection Process when Timeslots open
- Accept the Terms of your Residence Agreement, prior to Move-In
- Pay your rental fees via Credit Card Payments
- Submit Unit Maintenance Requests
2024-25 Room Selection for the Fall is underway!
The room selection process, which allows students who have applied for the upcoming 2024-25 Residence Term to enter the Portal and select their own room, is underway!
Students with active applications are encouraged to watch their emails and be sure to enter the room selection process at the time and date provided in their Timeslot Room Selection Letter in order to secure a unit at their earliest opportunity based on availability as Residence is expected to be fully occupied this fall!
Available Residence Applications
From the top menu bar, please select your prefered Term:
Fall/Winter (Sept - April) – to apply for an 8 month term (Sept – April) in any of the following halls: College Quarter, Seager Wheeler, Voyageur Place or Graduate House (GH is available to 2nd year or higher undergrad students)
12 Month Term (Sept - August) – to apply for a 12 month term (Sept-Aug) in any of the following halls: Graduate House, Assiniboine, Wollaston or Souris Hall
* Assiniboine/Wollaston 1 bedroom units are available to couples
* Souris Hall is available for family housing (Maximum unit capacity - 4 occupants total)
TERM 2 – to apply for the Winter term (January - April) in any of the following halls: College Quarter, Seager Wheeler, Voyageur Place or Graduate House (GH is available to 2nd year or higher undergrad students)
Spring/Summer – to apply for the Spring/Summer term (May - Aug) in any of the following halls: College Quarter (1 Hall available), Seager Wheeler, or Graduate House (GH is available to 2nd year or higher undergrad students)
